Strict 48-Hour Cancellation Policy:
To maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service, we enforce a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £20 charge.
For multiple service or group appointments, a £20 charge per service will apply for cancellations within this timeframe. In the event of a "No Show," the full amount of the reserved service(s) will be charged to your account.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy, which allows us to serve all our clients efficiently.
